WHO WE ARE

We are a team of highly experienced board certified physicians that has pooled our skills and experience together to assist the attorney or law firm in winning more cases, as well as determining which cases lack merit. Most of us have testified in medical malpractice, occupational medicine, toxic tort and environmental pollution cases. We DO NOT use physicians who while bright, do not have clinical acumen, judgment and proven experience.

Several members of our team have engineering degrees, including a PhD that specializes in medical devices, and pharmaceutical and toxic environmental tort.

Allow our PHYSICIANS to analyze the information, do the necessary research, and provide you with "work product" which is NON-DISCOVERABLE information. We do not testify as expert witnesses (this keeps our services cost-effective - although we will help you obtain credible experts, if you wish). Our work is "work product" and not discoverable!

We have purposely priced our work product so that it can be a financial win-win for either the defense or plaintiff attorney.

Many plaintiff attorneys quickly understood our cost-effectiveness - we heard the arguments from some defense attorneys that they had limited budgets from the insurance carriers - the carriers in fact, DO AND ARE WILLING TO PAY - once we show them the money in expert witness time they save.

We can be a profit rather than a cost center as you could reasonably bill out our time above what it costs you.
